HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders may typically take 7-10 business days to be made and shipped from the day the item is ordered not including weekends. ALL items are handmade which means it will take time, we are cut and sew not manufactured.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes. For select countries we ship international orders with our selected carriers USPS and sometimes ASCENDIA depending on the region. Please contact info@sorojahdesignhaus.com if you need your order rushed for a set date, vacation etc.
WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL SHIPPING COST?
USA orders range from $6-$8 while international orders range from $12-$16 (Also may vary depending on region)
WHEN/HOW WILL I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order is dropped off at the post office, we fulfill the order on our end which then sends you a fulfilment email stating that your order has started tracking. (Please keep in mind sometimes the order does not automatically start tracking due to delays on the post offices end.) In the fulfillment email you will be able to track your orders every move.
RETURNS
SOROJAH does not accept returns. Items are final sale. Please contact customer service below with your order number if you have any inquires about your previously purchased item.
